Beef bone broths are made with grass-fed beef raised without the use of hormones or antibiotics.Chicken bone broth is made with pasture-raised chicken bones without the use of antibiotics.  (Fun fact:  Canada banned the use of hormones in Canadian poultry on March 4, 1963.)
