Shipping policy
Processing and Delivery
All orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Potential delays might occur due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control.
Please check our FAQ's for a list of locations we currently offer shipping to. We reserve the right to cancel your order and issue a refund due to high shipping costs and/or inability to ship within a reasonable timeframe.
The customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping and billing addresses and updating their account information regularly. If your order is shipped to an incorrect location, we will not be issuing a refund or resending the order to a different address.
Local delivery (Edmonton and area): You will receive another notification when your order has been fulfilled. Please allow up to 2 days for your order to be delivered after you receive an email notification that your order has been fulfilled. Please note that once the order has been dropped off at your door, we are not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen orders.
Outside Edmonton: When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 3 days for your order to be delivered. Please note that since we use a 3rd party delivery service, we are not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen orders.
We do NOT ship to P.O. boxes.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer 10$ flat rate door-to-door shipping for Alberta and British Columbia locations, and $15 flat rate shipping for Saskatchewan, Manitoba and Ontario locations.
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@boandmarrow.com or through a contact form on our website with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
We do not accept returns. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at info@boandmarrow.com if your order arrived damaged or if you receive the wrong item(s), so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. All issues will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis.
