I really liked the taste of this broth. Since I'm doing the Carnivore way of eating, this broth was great to make some Egg Drop Soup (just whisked eggs dropped slowly in hot broth with a little garlic butter). My only concern was, upon receiving it the broth was thawed. It said on that package that when thawed keep in fridge for 7 days. With it being thawed upon arrival I wasn't sure if it could be refrozen.

I started brothing about a year ago, and it has been a stable part of my diet while dealing with infertility struggles and pregnancy complications. It’s so nice to feel confident with what I’m putting in my body - that, in the midst of fertility drugs, hormone swings, and pregnancy induced nausea, I’m making good choices to keep my body nourished. Bo & Marrow broth is delicious and I look forward to my daily cup. It’s also helped me cut my caffeine habit! I’d highly recommend this product to anyone, but especially those who think they could use a little extra nourishment.
