Giveaway Terms & Conditions

Time period

  • The Giveaway starts on Saturday, September 2nd, 2023 10:00 a.m. (MDT) and ends on Thursday, January 18th, 2024 11:59 p.m. (MST).

Eligibility and how to enter

  • The Giveaway is open to the existing and new Bo & Marrow customers who are at least eighteen years old. 
  • A single online order over $100 (excluding the shipping fee and taxes) is considered one entry and is automatically enrolled in the Giveaway.
    • Orders placed during Thanksgiving Sale (October 6 (noon) - October 10 (noon)) and Black Friday Sale (November 24 (midnight) - November 27 (11:57 p.m. MDT)) qualify for twice the entries, i.e. every $100 spent is considered one entry
  • There is no limit on the number of entries for the duration of the Giveaway.
  • Only online orders placed on the www.boandmarrow.com website are counted as entries. 

Prize and prize handling

  • 85'' OLED 4K TV valued at approximately $7,500 as of September 2nd, 2023.
  • The prize will be shipped to the winner at the expense of Bo & Marrow.

Winner selection & notification

  • One winner will be randomly selected from all entries using a random number generator and posted on Bo & Marrow's social media, as well as emailed to the mailing list.
  • The winner will be notified on or about January 19, 2024, through their email or Instagram account. Bo & Marrow will make two attempts to contact the winner. If Bo & Marrow hasn't heard back from the winner within 7 days, the selection will be deemed disqualified and another draw will be held.

Consent to receive communications and use of information

  • Bo & Marrow will require a photo of the winner with the prize upon receipt to use for advertising, promotional, editorial, and publicity purposes.
  • Winning status constitutes permission to Bo & Marrow to use winner’s name, likeness, and the place of residence for advertising, promotional, editorial, and publicity purposes, worldwide in perpetuity, in any media now known or hereafter created, without further compensation. Bo & Marrow is not obligated to use any of the above-mentioned information or materials, but may do so and may edit such information or materials at Bo & Marrow’s sole discretion, without further obligation or compensation.

General terms

  • Bo & Marrow reserves the right to cancel and refund any order according to the online store shipping policy.
